Production process

Cheeseberry products are manufactured at our own plants on the premises of 6 hectares located in the Stavropol region. Production sites include production and filling line facilities, cold storage warehouses with order consolidation and discharge zone.

Production process

The basis of our desserts is cottage cream cheese of our own production, which ensures the consistent quality of our cheesecakes and cakes. There are several manufacturing process stages on the automated lines of production, the duration of which is 48 hours. In accordance with the recipe, necessary ingredients are blended with industrial mixers, after which the obtained mixture is poured into forms and baked in a tunnel oven. After the baking process each batch of desserts passes monitoring of process parameters, including measurement of internal temperature of dessert upon completion of backing.

The key part of desserts production is its blast chilling followed by cutting. Desserts are placed into special blast chiller, where at the temperature of -35˚C they are blown by the streams of cold air, which ensures the fastest heat rejection.

Each dessert comes is in hermetic shrink-wrapped and dense individual package, which protects the product from deformation during shipment.

When desserts are stored according to the requirements, they can be shipped without limitations over all distances.
