The process of production under the trademark Cheeseberry begins with the selection of raw materials, which are carefully inspected. Only after the thorough laboratory investigations the raw materials enter into production line.
Being a wholefood manufacturer, we realize our responsibility to our customers. Safety at all stages of production is guaranteed by the uncompromised qualitative control over all internal and external processes. This control includes constant microbiological, physicochemical and sensory monitoring of our production in our own licensed production laboratories as well as in unaffiliated accredited centers.
The Cheeseberry products are certified in accordance with the international standard of food safety management ISO 22000-2007 (ISO 22000:2005) which includes the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points HACCP.
The Cheeseberry production is Halal certified by the Russia Mufties Council.
