CHEESEBERRY® presents a line of natural curd cream cheeses and products based on natural cheese, developed especially for HoReCa professionals.
Product development and testing were done together with leading chefs in accordance with desired qualitative parameters for different directions (Japanese cuisine, confectionery production). The line includes:
